User talk:Ancient Dragon
Every now and then I keep wondering what the fuck I am doing at uni. My first year plodding around with journalism has been a complete waste of time. Not to say that I haven't learnt anything, of course, but I haven't learnt anything that I couldn't have picked up from a book or something.
So this summer I will be working like a hero for VG Nett - a publication that in many ways does everything wrong. They are fairly right-oriented, tabloid, and I am fairly left-oriented, non-tabloid.
I think I will be spending most of the summer with my camera. Touring Norway. Making a vague attempt at changing the world. And - of course - failing miserably.
At least my uni assignments are almost done, I survived my birthday, and I'm looking forward to coming back home.
But to what? My parents have moved while I was gone, and they are in Australia at the moment, visiting my sister. So I'll come "home" to a place I've never been before (I'm not even sure if I will be able to find the damn place!).
This is where it gets interesting, I suppose.
