Re: Happy Corner
[edit]Grammar
[edit]Well, I'm not the original writer of "Happy Corner", and I'm trying to perfect the writing of that article at all my best. Certainly your recommendation was technically not bad. But one thing should be notified was that "hit...on" is also not wrong. According to Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, "hit...on/against" means"knock[ing] part of the body) against sth". But of course you may change the words as you wish.
Translation
[edit]Of course you can translate my picture. That's my pleasure. =) Jerry Crimson Mann 16:05, 17 May 2005 (UTC)
Re: Re: Happy Corner
[edit]Ya...that should be all in passive voice. You can help me amend the caption if you don't mind...I'm lazy to clear up that stuff =P
Qian Zhongshu
[edit]Hi, i never knew the story behind this other version of his simplified Chinese name (钱锺书) until your edit caught my attention. So maybe it is not a minor edit after all? Anyway it'll be even greater if you could leave a message at the talk page explaining the discrepancy. :) – Plastictv 04:57, 20 May 2005 (UTC)

[edit]You bet. Furthermore, some minor edits are needed, which would be carried out within weeks. I'll make you informed if the map is ok. :-) -- Jerry Crimson Mann 08:37, 29 July 2005 (UTC)

hi, there is an organized campaign to save the above self-promotional vanity games-club page from deletion.... i'm wondering if you'd be willing to take a look and voice your opinion? normally i wouldnt care but (a) i hate organized campaigns from groups of users (especially when they have vested interests but dont declare them) and (b) when challenged about it, they suggested i try it myself! so here i am.... cheers!
