- Delete: Ditto. 'Gub' is actually a valid slang term in Scotland, where a losing sports team can be said to have been 'gubbed' (or to have been 'given a right good gubbing') by its opponents. Nevertheless, that's just another Dictdef. Adambisset 21:37, 7 Nov 2004 (UTC)
