Why is "traitorous eight" in See Also?

Maybe I'm just missing something, but I don't really see how the traitorous eight is related to this article. Neither Shockley Semiconductor Laboratory nor Fairchild Semiconductor was in the nifty fifty.

I'm going to create a mirror topic on the talk page for traitorous eight (i.e., "why is "nifty fifty" in the See Also?). Mosi Nuru (talk) 23:17, 2 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
