It's a how to, there are lots of other howtos on here... Maybe the title should be changed to howto.

Howto guides belong in WikiSource, not in WikiPedia (because an encyclopedia is not a so-called primary source). As such, transwiki. Radiant! 15:45, Feb 25, 2005 (UTC)
I think it belongs in wikibooks, perhaps. They seem to have a big howto section. How do I move it there? - 24.149.133.223
