Sunayana traslates literally to "good eyes" in Sanskrit. Of course it is used as a metaphor having several other meanings, not least of which meaning "good POV" or one who sees the good in everyone and everything.

Sunayana is of course a pseudonym and I'll let my Wikipedia edits speak more about me than myself.
