Wikipedia:U.S. Northern wikipedians' notice board and Wikipedia:U.S. Northern wikipedians' notice board/USNCOTW
[edit]Was created in response to Wikipedia:U.S. Southern wikipedians' notice board/USSCOTW but serves no cohesive purpose. [[User:Davodd|DAVODD «TALK»]] 02:53, Oct 23, 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. Unless projects in the WP namespace are actively harming the site, what is the use in deleting them? Rhobite 04:40, Oct 23, 2004 (UTC)

- Keep. That said, Northerners and other interested parties are encouraged to visit the general U.S. notice board, until there is a larger group of interested contributors there and that COTW takes off. +sj+ 16:47, 23 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Keep. Of course, it seems to be more or less defunct, and I like the U.S.-wide version better, but the Northern states of the U.S. are precisely as notable as the Southern states (although I think it's fair to say that being Northern is not a vital part of most Northerners' identities, whereas it is a really big deal to be Southern). - Comment - I find it cruel irony that either of these US boards exist, since one of the purposes of the other regional boards is to encourage the creation and expansion of less US-centralised articles! -- Chuq 00:10, 26 Oct 2004 (UTC)
- Yeah, yeah, we know where you're coming from, Chuq, with your "US" missing the proper good old U.S. of A. periods, (or "full stops", as you people dare to call them), and your funny spelling of "centralised"... we're on to you, mister!!! ;-) (sigh... that was fun). func(talk) 00:52, 26 Oct 2004 (UTC)
